Honestly? Almost anyone can throw a party or learn to cook, but when you have a passion for it the difference really shows. Chef Maurice Beebe has a lifelong passion for cooking, teaching, and entertaining, and that passion gives him the ability to make every guest feel welcomed & instantly at home.

He’s been cooking for his whole life, owned a successful restaurant (The North End in Groton) for over 30 years, and fed thousands of people over the course of his career. Serving guests in the restaurant, making a wedding day extra special, watching kids smile as they bite into a giant fried dough at Sail Fest - these are moments that he will always fondly remember.

When he decided to close his restaurant he knew it wasn’t the end of his love of cooking, but a choice that allowed him to take a new, more personal direction. Catering by Maurice is the natural next step in his life.
